Sausage & Peppers — Our house-made sweet Italian sausage, vine-ripened peppers, and onions served over creamy polenta.

Tuesday

Chicken Marsala — Hand-cut cutlets sautéed with wild mushrooms and premium Marsala wine, served with roasted potatoes.

Wednesday

Grandma’s Meatballs — Our family recipe meatballs in slow-simmered marinara over rigatoni with fresh Vitiello’s bread.

Thursday

Dry-Aged Pot Roast — Premium butcher-cut beef braised for eight hours with root vegetables and savory gravy.

Fundraiser Friday

Eggplant Rollatini — Stuffed with seasoned ricotta and fresh mozzarella. $2.00 from each dinner sold is donated to this week’s featured local Nutley organization.
